Procurement is responsible for purchasing everything from major capital equipment to the smallest of daily essentials. Opportunities exist for buyers at all levels of experience, as well as for individuals interested in joining our Data Analytics, Operations/Project Management and Value Analyst teams.
Strategic sourcing is an integral part of the procurement process at NYU Langone; specialists are needed at all levels of experience to conduct data and spend analyses, do market research, manage the RFP/ RFI processes, negotiate contracts, and work closely with suppliers and customers. Members of the sourcing team also have the opportunity to specialize in certain commodities or services.
Warehouse and Logistics
Our distribution area is a centralized end-to-end operation, from loading dock receiving to stock room replenishment. Not only do our distribution attendants serve the main campus, we also have off site locations that depend on us for efficient, seamless and uninterrupted service.

In order for us to identify opportunities for our customers our data analytics team provides analysis and support on a quantitative basis to ensure we optimize our data extensively to assist in driving decisions.
