We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a CRMS Specialist (Temp Program). In this role, the successful candidate will support the launch of the new clinical trial management system. The CRMS Specialist provides data entry support into the new system including protocol schemas, calendars, budgets, and participant visit data.


You will actively engage with study team and central office team members to gather, analyze, and assimilate documents required to build calendars in the CRMS. The CRMS Specialist will engage in many aspects of the clinical trial process: including but not limited to, censuring subject visits and procedure details are consistent with legacy documentation, collaborating with post-award staff to represent legacy invoicing and payment data, identifying obstacles encountered during the calendar build process and developing resolutions, and participating in training sessions and meetings as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:
Qualified candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree and will have prior experience with conduct of clinical trials and must be able to review a clinical research protocol to determine the schema and schedule of events. Qualified candidates must also have at least 2 years’ of experience in one of the following roles: Clinical Study Coordinator, Protocol Development, Clinical Trial Budgeting or similar role. Experience must be from a research performance site, such as a hospital, academic health facility, or private physician practice. Ability to rapidly learn software programs. Strong written and oral communication skills, attention to detail, customer service orientation and proven ability to perform work accurately and efficiently.


Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with one or more of the following therapeutic areas is preferred: Oncology, Pediatrics, Neurology, Cardiology, or Surgery. Prior experience with Clinical Trial Management Systems is preferred.
