In partnership with a dedicated philanthropic community, the Office of Development and Alumni Affairs helped to transform NYU Langone Health into one of the top academic medical centers in the country and continues to foster significant advancements enterprise-wide. Our team recently completed a $3 billion campaign, which rallied tremendous local and national support, including NYU Grossman School of Medicine’s thriving alumni network. This remarkable base of individuals, families, foundations, and organizations provided critical funding for our large-scale Manhattan campus transformation and is a driving force behind the enterprise’s expansive research portfolio, innovations in medical education, and one of the nation’s best and safest patient care programs. In 2018, our medical school made history with its Tuition Free initiative, becoming the first top-tier medical school in the country to provide full-tuition scholarships to all MD degree students—funded entirely through philanthropy. And in the face of the COVID-19 pandemic, our team has mobilized, reorganized, and reimagined our mission of support for those striving to save and improve lives on the front lines and behind the scenes.

Facilities Careers
Real Estate Development and Facilities (RED+F) is one of the largest corporate groups within NYU Langone Health, with nearly 1,000 employees. We provide strategic campus planning and project development services, including architectural studies, programming, design, construction, and associated infrastructure and technological upgrades, for new facilities as well as renovations to existing structures across the five boroughs. We also operate and manage all facilities, infrastructure, and related support services across NYU Langone.

Our Campus Transformation initiative, which began in 2007, involves the construction and renovation of facilities on our main campus and throughout Manhattan, as well as an extensive expansion of our Brooklyn and Long Island campuses, which includes NYU Winthrop, and beyond.

Finance and Revenue Cycle Careers
The Finance department and its many divisions are integral to developing and implementing the financial roadmap for NYU Langone Health, ensuring the health and wellbeing of the organization as it continues to grow and change and supporting the operational activities necessary to support the larger enterprise. In addition, our teams are actively assessing strategic and financial performance to ensure alignment with the organization’s mission, vision, and goals. Revenue Cycle Careers
Revenue Cycle Operations at NYU Langone Health, an integral department within the Finance division, is focused on ensuring a maximized revenue stream for the organization through deployment of efficient processes, use of the latest technology, awareness of payor challenges and employment of top talent.

Supply Chain Careers
The supply chain organization is responsible for making sure that we provide excellent customer service to all of our end users across the health system. Ongoing growth has created outstanding opportunities for our team to contribute to the success of the organization. The Supply Chain team at NYU Langone manages over $1 billion in annual spend. We look for personable, service-minded individuals with good relationship-building and critical thinking skills, a can-do attitude, and the initiative to excel under pressure.

• Procurement

  Procurement is responsible for purchasing everything from major capital equipment to the smallest of daily essentials. This team works closely with the end users to make sure their needs are being met.

• Sourcing

  The Strategic sourcing team do market research, manage the RFP/ RFI processes, negotiate contracts, and work closely with suppliers and customers.

• Value Analysis and Transformation

  Our Value Analysis and Transformation team is leading the way to a best in class organization. They are working to improve efficiency, reduce costs and achieve process excellence.

• Warehouse and Logistics

  Our distribution area is an end-to-end operation, from loading dock receiving, inventory control, warehouse operations and stock room replenishment. We want to ensure that our customers have uninterrupted service.

• Data Analytics and Reporting

  In order for us to identify opportunities for our customers our data analytics team provides analysis and support on a quantitative basis to ensure we optimize our decision making.
