Position Summary:
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Sr. Financial Analyst-Capital Accounting.
In this role, the successful candidate as the Senior Financial Analyst will support various Capital Accounting General Ledger activities for NYU Langone Health, including annual audit reporting, annual budgeting process, monthly reporting, and analysis and forecasting. The Senior Financial Analyst is expected to add value by creating executive quality management presentations, dashboards & metrics, identifying and driving business analysis, providing decision support analysis to be used by management to facilitate informed decisions, and to generate valuable insights and transparency around all areas of the business. The Senior Financial Analyst will also build and enhance processes and controls across finance and related accounting supporting systems. In addition, the Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial results and consistency with corporate and business unit accounting policies and procedures, and identifying and communicating risks and opportunities. This position will report into the Assistant Director of Finance (Capital Accounting and Asset Management).

Minimum Qualifications:
Have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting and knowledge of general accepting accounting principles;

NYU Langone Health provides a salary range to comply with the New York City Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for the role is $85,000 – $102,817.87 Annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, specialty, education, and hospital need. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits.
