Position Summary:
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Ultrasound Technologist, Per Diem – Maternal Fetal Medicine.
In this role, the successful candidate Operates ultrasound equipment and performs diagnostic procedures according to established standards and practices. Responsible for orienting and training new Ultrasound Technologist, medical students, fellows, residents and nurse practicioners. Coordinates the flow and volume of the main Maternal Fetal Medicine site as well as off sites, this includes triaging ultrasound patients.

Minimum Qualifications:
To qualify you must have a Technical Diploma from an accredited 2 year ultrasound program required. Current certification by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (RDMS) in Ob/Gyn required. Current certifications for Nuchal Translucency and Nasal Bone from Nuchal Translucency Quality Review required. Certification as a Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) in Fetal Echocardiography within 18 months of hire required. 3-5 years experience in a Maternal Fetal Medicine practice as a Perineal Ultrasound Technologist. Thorough knowledge of ultrasound equipment; Strong communication (both written and oral), excellent analytical, problem solving and customer service skills. Advanced computer skills..
Preferred Licenses: Nuchal Translucency-Nasal Bone, Nuchal Translucency Cert, Diag Med Sonographer – OB/GYN
