Position Summary:
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Data Services Analyst for the Office of Development & Alumni Affairs.
The Data Services Analyst plays an important role within the Office of Development & Alumni Affairs and is responsible for developing, maintaining, and supporting the daily programming and reporting requirements. In collaboration with the entire Data Systems Team, this individual also defines and analyzes data requirements in support of business processes and reporting deliverables. In addition, this individual acts as the reporting services administrator and supports all mission critical process scripts.

Job Responsibilities:
Minimum Qualifications:
To qualify you must have a Bachelors degree required
4-5+ years of relevant experience required, including 3 or more years of providing implementation and technical support of CRM software. Blackbaud product experience strongly preferred, specifically with Blackbaud CRM.
Knowledge of SQL or similar query language required, T-SQL preferred.
Working knowledge of relational database architectures preferred.
Experience with creating Tableau/SSRS reports and dashboards preferred.
Experience working in a philanthropic or higher educational environment preferred.
Detail oriented and organized with an ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, plan and manage multiple simultaneous projects and handle shifting priorities.
Works strategically, collaboratively, respectfully, and professionally with colleagues across all divisions and teams within the department. Communicates clearly, shares, listens and recognizes others contributions.
Develops and enhances relationships through authenticity, professionalism and trust.
Facilitates understanding through listening and crafting and delivering messages that meet the needs of different audiences.

NYU Langone Health provides a salary range to comply with the New York City Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for the role is $53,457.10 – $83,200.00 Annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, specialty, education, and hospital need. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits.
