Position Summary:
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a QA Improvement (HRP Education and Training) Specialist
Responsible for providing administrative, training and resource support for the Human Research Protections (HRP) education and training program, including but not limited to presentation support, resource development and edits, communications and website updates for all HRP units. Reports to Manager, Education and Training (EM), HRP; provides support as needed to Senior Director and works with Senior Project Coordinator (SPC), HRP.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in a health-related field. Solid command of human subject regulations and policies. Must exercise a high degree of independent judgment and discretion relating to research issues. Superior organizational, analytical, time management, multi-tasking and interpersonal communication skills required. High degree of emotional intelligence. Excellent verbal and technical writing skills, proficient use of computer and relevant software and database applications (IRB Software, MS Word, PowerPoint, etc.) 3+ years experience in clinical research and/or IRB regulatory work.
Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced Degree in health-related field. Certified in Good Clinical Practice, Certified IRB Professional (CIP) or Certified IRB Manager (CIM) certification. 5+ years of experience in clinical research and/or IRB regulatory work.
Qualified candidates must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.

NYU Langone Health provides a salary range to comply with the New York state Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for the role is $76,721.83 – $86,840.00 Annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, specialty, education, and hospital need. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits.
