Position Summary:
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Associate Director – Cisco & Cloud.
In this role, we are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Associate Director of Network Engineering to lead and oversee our network engineering team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in Cisco network systems design, Arista networking, DNS, TCP/IP, various IP network routing protocols, and cloud networking. This role requires a visionary leader who can design, implement, and maintain robust and scalable network infrastructures that meet the dynamic needs of our organization. Reporting to the Senior Director of Network Services, the Associate Director of Network Engineering is responsible for solutions strategy, engineering design, setting policies, implementation and operationalizing best practices around our enterprise network systems. This role will provide structure and technical leadership managing team priorities, technical direction, streamline work efforts, manage business expectations and communicate status to leadership. As a member of the infrastructure management team, this position leads new thinking on how we refresh our existing network systems platforms and engineer new technology. The individual should be comfortable working across all of NYU Langone Healths business units to implement, enhance and maintain secure applications delivery. This individual will leverage the latest recognized technologies and processes and will execute a multi-year roadmap to deliver these services.

NYU Langone Health provides a salary range to comply with the New York state Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for the role is $146,384.38 – $158,447.16 Annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, specialty, education, and hospital need. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits.
