NYU Langone Health is seeking a highly skilled Associate Director of Enterprise Marketing Strategy to support NYU Langone’s omnichannel communications and marketing campaigns. This role will collaborate closely with Communications Marketing Government and Community Affairs CMGCA colleagues and other key stakeholders to shape innovative marketing initiatives tailored to diverse patient segments and healthcare professionals. Reporting to the Director of Enterprise Marketing Strategy, this position will support the development of digital communications and marketing campaigns and strategic assets leveraging the NYU Langone Media Network and will work to ensure alignment with the health system’s mission in order to drive brand reputation and appointment volume.

Job Responsibilities:

Strategic Program Management:

  • Develop project briefs to support the development of creative and messaging strategy of full-funnel integrated marketing campaigns; partner with Strategy Digital and Program Measurement COE to identify platform activation, key media targets and KPIs
  • Develop innovative digital communications and marketing campaigns leveraging Sales Force Marketing Cloud including asset creation, audience segmentation criteria, measurement, and reporting to relevant stakeholders 
  • Create and implement processes supporting the efficient development of campaigns while ensuring relevant stakeholders are represented accurately and consistently
  • Establish and maintain a content calendar for the NYU Langone Media Network ensuring assets are current and relevant to audiences
  • Create and implement a style guide for communications and marketing assets within the NYU Langone Heath Network in accordance with brand guidelines and messaging frameworks 
  • Cultivate a deep understanding of the business goals and objectives of key clinical service areas; participate in the strategic planning process and critical department meetings
  • Identify and assess new opportunities for CMGCA-led campaigns bringing recommendations to the Relationship Lead for discussion

 

Stakeholder Relationship Management:

  • Act as a key day-to-day partner to the Relationship Leads within the Brand Experience Creative and Design COE assisting in execution of digital marketing strategies and NYU Langone Media Network
  • Play a vital role in triaging and executing requests from stakeholders partnering with teams in the Brand Experience Creative and Design COE; the Government and Community Affairs COE; the Enterprise Communications COE; the Media Relations COE; and the Strategy Digital and Program Measurement COE

 

Collaboration:

  • Collaborate across teams in the Brand Experience Creative and Design COE; the Government and Community Affairs COE; the Enterprise Communications COE; the Media Relations COE; and the Strategy Digital and Program Measurement COE to ensure campaigns have incorporated all perspectives are in alignment with strategic objectives and will maximize return on investment
  • Collaborate with the Strategy Digital and Program Measurement COE to establish measurement strategies and key performance indicators KPIs; integrate these metrics into decision-making processes to maximize return on investment
  • Collaborate with Medical Center Information Technology office to initiate digital marketing campaigns using Sales Force Marketing Cloud and to maximize the capabilities of the NYU Langone Media Network 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in marketing, communications, or related field
  • 8 years of experience in a large, complex organization 
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a highly matrixed environment 
  • Adept at building rapport and exhibiting strong interpersonal skills with a proven track record in building and maintaining relationships
  • Fluency in advertising, branding and marketing disciplines with a working knowledge of current digital marketing trends and healthcare best practices 
  • Exceptional leadership skills demonstrating the ability to influence, teach, inspire, motivate, and collaborate effectively
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to learn and apply data-driven insights 
  • Proficiency in project management, communication tools and data analysis
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 10 years of experience in a large, complex organization

NYU Langone Health provides a salary range to comply with the New York state Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for the role is $117,107.95 – $194,250.00 Annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, specialty, education, and hospital need. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits.

Step 1

Apply Online

The NYU Langone hiring process begins with you applying through our online portal. Be sure to update and upload your resume. Shortly after you submit your application, you will receive an email confirmation. Ten days after applying you will receive a talent assessment to be completed.

Step 2

Schedule Interviews

If selected to continue the interview process, HR will reach out via phone or email first. Then, depending on your position, they will schedule an interview with unit managers or team members. You are encouraged to dress professionally for all interviews.

Step 3

Receive Offer

If you successfully complete the interview process and are identified as a finalist for the position, we will require that you complete a professional reference process. After evaluating the completed references, a decision will be made on who will receive a preliminary offer. If you receive a preliminary offer, HR will start the onboarding process with an agreed-upon tentative start date.

Step 4

Training & Orientation

You will be contacted by an onboarding specialist who will work with you on your pre-boarding requirements. Once fully cleared, we will ask you to complete compliance orientation regulatory training. On your first day, you will attend an online required orientation to acclimate to the health system and report to your new department based on instructions provided by your hiring manager.
