Every year, NYU Langone Health’s radiology experts and technicians provide over 300,000 New Yorkers with safe, high-quality imaging services. Our Radiology department consists of 230+ board-certified radiologist, 65 physicians-in-training, and more than 1,400 technologist, nurses and physician assistants. Position Summary:
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Lead Computed Tomography Technologist.
In this role, the successful candidate coordinates and oversees the daily operations, workflow and staffing requirements to achieve desired outcomes through the effective use of personnel, equipment, supplies and effective workflow processes. Acts as liaison between staff, physicians and management: promotes teamwork at all times. Applies prescribed ionizing and/or non-ionizing radiation to patients for diagnosis and treatment. Assists physicians and provides patient care essential to imaging procedures. Exercises professional judgment in performance of procedures.
Job Responsibilities:
Minimum Qualifications:
To qualify you must have a High School Diploma or equivalent required
5 + years relevant experience as a Registered Technologist (ARRT)
New York State Licensed Radiologic Technologist and IV certification. ARRT registry in CT.
Required Licenses: Computed Tomography-RT(CT)(ARRT)
Qualified candidates must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.

NYU Langone Health provides a salary range to comply with the New York state Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for the role is $102,899.80 – $114,639.80 Annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, specialty, education, and hospital need. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits.
