Every year, NYU Langone Health’s radiology experts and technicians provide over 300,000 New Yorkers with safe, high-quality imaging services. Our Radiology department consists of 230+ board-certified radiologist, 65 physicians-in-training, and more than 1,400 technologist, nurses and physician assistants. Position Summary:
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Magnetic Resonance Imaging Specialist I **Manhattan**.
In this role, the successful candidate performs medically prescribed MRI procedures of designated anatomical areas, under the general direction of the radiologist.

Minimum Qualifications:
To qualify you must have a Technical Diploma Graduate of AMA approved school of Radiology or Imaging Services. New York State Radiologic Technologist License within 180 days of hire. American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT)Advanced Certification in MRI required within one (1) year of Hire or transfer. Strong communication (both written and oral), problem solving, and customer service skills. Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office..

NYU Langone Health provides a salary range to comply with the New York state Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for the role is $96,350.00 – $106,949.87 Annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, specialty, education, and hospital need.
