Position Summary:
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Clinical Specialist, Speech Language Pathologist – Acute Inpatient Rehab.
In this role, the successful candidate Responsible for assisting with coordinating patient care staff and student mentoring performance improvement and/or research endeavors for a specialty program within the Speech Language Pathology Program
Job Responsibilities:
Minimum Qualifications:
To qualify you must have a Master s degree in Speech Language Pathology NYS Speech Pathology license with valid current registration ASHA CCC s and a Member of the American Speech Language and Hearing Association in good standing Strong communication and interpersonal skills Minimum 5 years as a licensed SLP and demonstration of professional experience and expertise in the following categories pertaining to area of chosen specialty: Advanced study and continuing education Leadership Education teaching training and/or Mentorship student or clinical fellow mentorship in specialty area Research and publications.
Required Licenses: Speech Pathologist Lic-NYS, ASHA Cert
Preferred Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 8 years of clinical experience Membership in at least one professional organization group etc Demonstrates team leadership qualities

NYU Langone Health provides a salary range to comply with the New York state Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for the role is $81,325.14 – $115,000.00 Annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, specialty, education, and hospital need. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits.
