Position Summary:
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Dietitian – Weight Management – NYU Langone Ambulatory Care Garden City.
In this role, the successful candidate Responsible for providing lifestyle health coaching and the educational content of the Weight Management Program. Provides weight loss and management guidance to patients enrolled using the Health Management Resources (HMR) behavioral program. Provides other dietary counseling for patients with Endocrine diseases.

Minimum Qualifications:
To qualify you must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Education, Nutrition or related field. 0 – 2 years of experience in Health care field, education, program development, or health promotion. Registered Dietitian – Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)..
Required Licenses: Registered Dietitian
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s Degree in Clinical Nutrition. NYS Licensed Dietitian.
3 – 5 years of experience In a Weight Loss clinic environment.
Qualified candidates must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.

NYU Langone Health provides a salary range to comply with the New York state Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for the role is $75,569.52 – $95,361.63 Annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, specialty, education, and hospital need. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits.
