In this role, the successful candidate Provides safe quality therapeutic age appropriate nursing care using evidence based practice Uses clinical expertise in assessment clinical decision making clinical practice and patient education The nurse coordinates the care provided with the interdisciplinary team to promote optimum patient outcomes and satisfaction

To qualify you must have a Bachelor s degree in Nursing required for employees hired after 9/1/2020 those who were hired prior to 9/1/2020 are grandfathered Current and valid New York State Registered Professional Nurse license Current and valid BLS certification Knowledge of standards of practice for all areas of patient care Excellent communication oral and written organizational customer service and interpersonal skills Basic computer skills.

NYU Langone Health provides a salary range to comply with the New York state Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for the role is $1.25 – $71.50 Hourly. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, specialty, education, and hospital need.
