Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree required, preferably in business management.
At least 8 years of experience clinical laboratory experience and at least 4 years of experience managing and supervising clinical laboratory work in a team setting.
Proficiency in using various Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, Access, Power point and Outlook.Effective oral and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and organizational skills. Ability to interface effectively with all levels of management and faculty and must work and communicate effectively with both internal and external customers.Ability to work within a team environment as well as independently.Time management skills and ability to work well under pressure.Ability to multi task and manage multiple projects with deadlines.
Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities
Strong ability to mitigate risk and utilize foresight to prevent error
Qualified candidates must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.

NYU Langone Health provides a salary range to comply with the New York state Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for the role is $97,589.96 – $141,750.oo Annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, specialty, education, and hospital need.
