The Department of Orthopedic Surgery at NYU Langone Health is seeking a Fellowship-trained primary care sports medicine physician to complement our growing Division of Sports Medicine. The position includes an Academic appointment at the NYU Grossman School of Medicine.
Responsibilities will include: providing non-operative sports medicine care to a diverse patient population including professional and Olympic athletes; coverage of high school and collegiate athletics; active participation in our Sports Medicine Research Group; and conducting lectures and precepting for residents and fellows. NYU Langone Health is one of the largest Academic Medical Centers in New York City. The Orthopedic Surgery Department has two primary facilities: the NYU Langone Orthopedic Center at 333 East 38th Street and the NYU Langone Orthopedic Hospital at 301 East 17th Street.
In addition we are recruiting Fellowship-trained primary care sports medicine physicians to join our Long Island and West Palm Beach offices. The Long Island position will include the role of team physician for a Division I Collegiate Athletic Program.
Salary Range: $200,000- $250,000*
*The salary range listed is for full-time employment and does not include incentive compensation or benefits. Actual salary may not fall within the listed salary range; consideration will be made for experience, training, hospital/community need, and other factors.
